People start worrying and hoping they won't be out of a job.
But, if possible, this is a great oppurtunity to go back to school. And the government pays for it. I am doing now, and losing my job is the best thing that has happened for me. I get to choose a new career that I enjoy.

It is really hard to digest the fact that you would be jobless from the next moment.But one has to understand that, its the order of the day and there is nothing to brood about it. If you aer talented, there are lots more to hire you

Downsizing always has a negative impression to the employees. It usually means that the company is loosing money and it has to cut down on manpower.
