Weight and television - crime?

I bet that at least 20% of people on mylot think they have a weight problem. Do you know when weight starts affecting your organism? Just look at this chart and you can find out if you should take a measure or not: Women:height - normal weight 1,47 - 43,5 - 48,5 1,50 - 44,5 - 49,9 1,55 - 47,2 - 52,6 1,60 - 49,9 - 55,3 1,65 - 52,6 - 59,0 1,70 - 56,2 - 63,0 1,75 - 59,9 - 66,7 I am 1,60 and I feel just fine at my 53 kg. So...ladies...why submit yourselves to diet (none of them is beneficial to your health) when you can eat rationally, look good and most important...feel good. Your organism does not need a large amount of food to stay healthy, but a smaller one that includes everything from vitamins to carbs. And rememeber this: if you are still in school and have a lot to learn, it is highly important to consume good nutricius food, and a lot of proteins because 20% of what you eat is being consumed by the brain; not to mention the calories consumed by the organism' other functions. I hope I made u at least curious and i hope that you will look into this matter a lot more.
