What are you more afraid of, dying or having someone close to you die?

i guess for me, it's having someone close to me die. what's yours?

yes i'm scared for somebody close to me die because it will hurt me as long as i live but if i die myself i can't feel anything from that moment.

right. when "our"-selves die, we wont feel a thing.. but if our family/friends die, god, it hurts.

Someone close to me as dying. It's a cowardly way of thinking, wanting to be gone first so you don't have to suffer. But I think we all think it.

yes, i feel the same way as well. although it's a cowardly thing to say, but i hope i'll die first other than those close to me die.

For me it is having someone close to me die because i dont know how to deal witht hat... to deal witht he loss of someone i know so well and care for die.... i just dont know how i would do it.

I am afraid of having someone close to die. It is just the pain of missing someone is really hard. And since I will die sooner or later, so why not to die without much pain? :)
