World has become a global village, Do you support for one capital & one Govt?

Advances in technology and communication has made the world a small global village? We are the responsible and most civilised citizens of this planet. Why can't we forget the differences and discriminations of all kinds-religious,regional,racial etc. and have one capital and one Government for all? Do you support/ oppose my view? What is the scope and prospects for one world Government?
