My daughter's name is Kaylee Grace. There is a particular reason we chose the name though. I've always loved the name Grace, and I thought Kaylee would be a unique name. No offense to others, but I'm just so tired of hearing ordinary names like Sarah, Jessica, Amber, etc.

We named her Danielle Kristen We both love how Daniel in the bible lived. We had a girl, so the change. We are in a Christian family. We wanted the name Christian with a twist. We then decided on kristen.

My daughter's name is Caitlin Bernadette. We were actually deciding between Caitlin Bernadette or Erin Nicole for months. We finally decided on the 1st one. By the way, Caitlin means Pure, while Bernadette means Brave. I like my daughter to have those traits, thus the name :)

I named my two children Matthew and Mikayla. I get the first letter from my wife's name to honor the one who delivered this 2 beautiful children. Then I looked their name in a Baby's Name book, which contain not only the names but also the meaning of the corresponding name. I believe that we should know the meaning of their name because we would call them forever with this name. I picked this 2 names to honor God who had given me with this precious gifts.

I'm touched that you chose to get your wife's initial. Most people I know follow the father's initial :).

My son's name is Lance Gabriel. My husband is the one who gave that name. I just told him that I want one christian name thus the second name Gabriel meaning God is my strength. For Lance, because it sounds good with Gabriel. haha! We also want the name Troy but it doesn't sound ok when partnered with Gabriel, that's why we chose Lance. And also Lance means Land, and we're hoping that he will conquer lands in the future. hehe! oh and one more thing, I also like Lance because of Lance Armstrong. :)

My husband and I got our first son's name out of the bible,Joshua. Our daughter's name we actually had picked out in college years before we had her. She is named after a little town, Joslyn. We just thought it would be a really cool name for a girl. Our third child was named after the show "Friends",Chandler. Once again we wanted something different.

I named my daughter Devon after the place in England and that it means Poet/Bard. I'm a writer and my husband is a musician, so we thought it was the perfect combination of two things we really loved, and she was a symbol of our loves combined. So corny. Her middle name is Nikole, after the first original character I ever wrote about.

i will be giving birth anytime soon, and we will name her Claire Ysabelle. We chose that name because after a miscarriage last 2005, I believe in my heart that God will be giving us another blessing and true to His promise, God gave us another one. Claire means bright and shining, while Ysabelle (Isabel or Elizabeth) is God's promise. And so Claire Ysabelle is God's bright and shining promise to us. Can't wait to see, hold and kiss her...

Right now we're still hoping I am pregnant. But just in case we'll gonna have a baby girl, her name would be Jeisha Ann and if it's a boy, it's Jay Shawn. It's a mixture of our names which is Jason and Sheryl Ann ... pero baka mabago pa din ... kasi I wanted the name Samantha and Juan Miguel din ...

My children's names are: Jarred Andrei & Caitlin Alyssa. It was my sister who created these names for me. For my son, his name is the combination of the names of my husband, his father and my father. For my daughter, it's the combination of my name, my mother's and my mother-in-law's.

it seems that many parents got the names of their child from the Hebrew language in 2006 (suri, shiloh, etc). and that includes us. our family has an attachment to the letter 'J' and i wanted my son to have a name which starts from that letter despite the fact that all his cousins' names start with a letter 'J'. and we found his name from the bible (nehemiah 3) and it means 'judge'.

My daughter is named Giselle Nicole. Basically, I got the initial of my first name and combined it with my husband's first name. Aside from that, I like what it means.... Giselle - promise or pledge Nicole - victory of the people Its a different combination! =)

my 1st daughter's name is Lenna Sophia. Lenna for "strength of a lion" and Sophia for "wisdom". My 2nd daughter's name is Isabella Sasha. Isabella for "dedicated to God" and Sasha for "Defender of Mankind". There were so many good names to choose from but it sounded better if we chose spanish sounding names along with my husband's surname.
