How do you feel if your inside a BROKEN FAMILY????? my friend needs help!!!

I have a friend, She's just the only child in their family. I rather think she's so happy to get all the attention of her parents but Im afraid, I got it wrong because when she open up on me that her family is broken, she started to cry. At first I thought she's just kidding on the times she talks about her family is not happy as it seems. She randomly smile about it but the day she open up on me with tears really left me teary eyed. I dont know what to feel but I gave her a friendly comfort. Her Dad has another family and with 2 kids younger than her, and her Mom has a boyfriend. She feels left out. She want to run away. But what will you feel if your in my friends situation. Will you get humiliated to face the fact that your family can't be complete anymore??? pls. help my friend...

Just let her know you are her friend. She can not control how her parents act or how they feel toward one another. She needs to focus on making her future better than what she has now. She can be happy to know she does have Love from all of them, even if they do not Love one another. a friend is sometimes more important than anything else, so always be there for her.

its never easy being in a broken family... nobody wants a broken family in the first place... but sometimes I guess it would be better if we go on separate ways... Im in the situation of having a husband who has a mistress for 2 years... and 4 mths ago... i found someone new... its never easy... i guess your friend should have to understand that her parents no longer happy with each other...
