Sleepless nights!.. Do we give our body and mind the required rest..............

Sleep Well - Do we really get sleep as we wanted

Its said that the minimum required hours for a person to get fresh giving his/her mind and body a complete rest is 8hrs,but i doubt most of us even get to sleep for even 6 hours while there are few who sleep more than 10 hrs. In this world of fast pace where we would be left alone if you are fast asleep do we require the minimum hours of sleep or just keep going as we do it regularly without a break...................

night sleep is very very important because in that time mind is free and also body.minimum 7 or 6 hours sleep is better for our body and mind.In our recent culture most people suffered by Stress(IT people)

Yes i agree.. there has been a lot of research done on it and have found that the stress is really high...........
