How important is ethics in business and Life

Some people strongly believe in strong ethics to succeed in life and others do not.What is your opinion?

I don't think you need ethics to succeed. In fact I think many of the most successful people have no ethics whatsoever. The down side to this is you are a morally bankrupt person. I think you can definitely succeed either way. It's just a matter of what you want your character to be like.
