have you started a college fund for your children?

i have to say that i am guilty of not doing this very important thing although i keep saying that im going to start saving it just never seems to get done. also if i do have something put back it seems that something always comes up and the money has to be spent. so, are ya'll saving? got any tips on how you keep at it?
