What is that one dish you love to make, it turns out great everytime and people know you for it? If you were to have friends over tonight, what is that signature recipe you would make? My one friend always makes his pizza. I could eat it a thousand times. I make chicken catchatori. What's yours?

Hey, thanks for the wonderful recipe. It looks really tempting and makes me want to cook it one of these days...as a matter of fact, I'll go and add it to my "to cook" list, cheers for sharing!

I have two "signature recipes" at the moment - the traditional roast meal (chicken or leg of lamb) with roast potatoes, roast parsnips, broccoli, carrots, and good thick gravy. My other favourite which I've developed to perfection, is liver and onions with dry mashed potatoes, to absorb all the lovely gravy. Classic British grub: you can't beat it!

My signature recipe would have to be lasagna. It is easy to make, tho a bit messy, and it will feed a lot of people. The pan I make it in just fits into the oven. Plenty of cheeses and meats along with my homemade sauce.

I made that the other night. Except I made vegetarian lasagne the no boil way. Instead of boiling the noodles, you bake it for an hour. It is easy and does feed many people. I had six people over for dinner and there was enough for them all to go back for seconds. Which they did. That made me happy. Love lasagne!

Steak, my hubby always tells me thats why he fell in love, because I make a great steak. All of his friends and family are quite fond of my biscuts and gravy as well. I love to cook and others love to come and eat it. !!!
