men and women are created equal. utlimately, the essence or spirit of men and women is the same. All men and women have intelligence and loving hearts but the way we develop and express our individual potential is different for each person.

i dont think they are equal but they have similar qualitites. when it comes to work and being a parents, men and women are different, because, women are showy to their feelings, while men are mostly not. the father is the head of the family while mother is the heart of the family.
