ChaCha is a search engine (chacha.com) in which they have the option of searching with a REAL guide. So, ChaCha hires guides to work for them to help people look for things and the guides get paid anywhere from $5-10 an hour once the training period is over. No, that's one great thing about this job is that you don't pay anything to start. You just sign up download their software...and start training on your 3 keywords that you know most about. Once that is done...you can start earning money on real searches...but this all may sound confusing at first but once you sign up and download the software...they will be showing you training and informational videos to help you get started.
