I have nokia6610i with the option of infrared but it doesnt work... Are you also experiencing the same problem? What do you think about this mobile?

ma handset's infrared is alive n kickin trust me u dont find a wonderful handset than this anywhere around, its got gr8 value 4 money n has the best of features in it very category im very much satisfied wid this phone n ve been using it 4 the past 18 months

That is good that your mobile's infrared is working. Mine doesnt and all the people i know who have Nokia6610i, their infrared doesnt work. My phone memory is full and i have to delete pictures to take more, thats not good.

to be honest yes. but my dad cell is not having any problems like. So i think its probably my cell. but i dun really use it. when i need to do tones and images off or to my pc. i mean download and upload I use cable.

I tried connecting it with the cable but it also doesnt work. Which software do you use for this mobile? Will nokia 6600's software also work for nokia 6610i?
