Would you do it for money or because you are making a difference?

I am in a situation that I want some advice on. This is about a job offer. I have a job offer for an insurance company. I would possibly make 60,000 to 100,000 dollars a year and have stock benefits. This is a sales position so I would get what I put into it. I also have an offer to do something that would make a difference in an elderly person's life, working as a caregiver for less than the insurance position. Now, I am not just wanting to work for the money. I don't work now. I am a stay-at-home mommy, and I am a full-time student. I want to work for me. I want to make a differnece doing whatever it is that I will do though. If you were in my position what would you do?
