I always skip my breakfast andmy lunch!! but no results? help please

i don't have time to take my breakfast and my lunch so i have to skip them many times... i just take my dinner that too at 8.30pm. after that no eating its a habit now. but no results of loosing atleast a pound..why? please suggest

Hmmmm reading your habbit, You should not do that archiee, It can cause you sick, you should at least drink a glass of milk at the morning if you don't take a breakfast, righ now you still youngsteer won't feel anything, the bad effect should come when you grow older. ok now is my suggestion, you should take a exercise like gyming or take a aerobics or bodylanguage, it is better than your habbit not eat breakfast and lunch. Don't eat too much, just eat some to get your body feel with energy, and kill your fat with exercise, thats will be great, trust me archiee.

first of all skipping breakfast and lunch is not the answer to loose ur weight, u hv to skip dinner, tht will work, cos the ur body needs energy, and it is gained from the food eat in the morning and u feel fresh and energetic through out the day, if u skip ur BF then u will feel weak, so avoid this practice, normally who skip lunch and breakfast normally tend to eat more in the nite and go to bed after dinner........thts the main culprit, it puts on weight, not reduce, so its very much imortant to one to hv a pyramid where u will hv heavy breakfast lighter lunch and very light dinner, try this ....
