This is pretty easy recipe to make and it only takes about 20 min. Sheppard's Pie. My mom made this for me when I was growing up. It is one of my favorits. You will need: 1lb of hamburger meat 1 box of mash potatoes (make according to box directions) 1 package of shredded cheese. Perheat over at 350 degrees. Fry hamburger meat in frying pan. Add spice that you prefer ( I use garlic, seasioning salt, lemon pepper) Make mash potatoes. After hamburger meat is done drain and then put in a cake pan. Put cheese on top of the hamburger meat. Then the mash potatoes. Put in the oven for 5 to 10 mins. You want to give the cheese time to melt. Side Note: My husband like it when I put corn in the middle with the cheese. I am not a big fan of it but to each there own. Good Luck!!! Hope you enjoy!!!

Here are two recipes that I have tried & tested that are some of mine & my other half's favorites to cook, as well as eat. I hope if you end up trying them that you enjoy them as much as we do. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx "Oven Enchiladas." Ingredients are as follows: - 1 pound of ground beef (lean or regular) - 1 1/3 cups of hot water - 1/2 of a cup of milk - package of flour tortillas (burrito style. You'll need six or more that are 8 inches in diameter) - 1 package of hamburger helper cheese enchilada - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (roughly 4 ounces) - 1 jar of salsa (any variety) - 3 tablespoons of milk Directions are as follows: - Firstly preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. - Then cook the beef in a large skillet pan over medium - high heat. Make sure to stir occasionally, at least until brown. Then drain the excess fat. - Then stir in 1/2 of a cup of milk. As well as the 1 1/3 cup of hot water, the uncooked rice, as well as sauce mix. - Hear all of this until it begins to boil, stirring occasionally. Then reduce the heat & cover this & simmer it for 10 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally until the rice is tender. - Then spoon about 2/3 of a cup of the beef mixture on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla, & place them seam side down widthwise in an ungreased baking dish. Spread with salsa, & sprinkle with cheese. - Bake this dish uncovered for roughly 15 to 20 minutes or at least until hot. Then stir together the 3 tablespoons of the milk & the topping mix for 30 seconds. Drizzle what you had created over the enchiladas. Then serve & ENJOY this simple, yummy dish! "Bean Sandwiches." Ingredients are as follows: - 2 french rolls - 1/2 of a cup of refried beans (no name or old el paso) - 1/4 of a cup of shredded cheddar cheese (1 ounce) Directions are as follows: - Put your oven or toaster oven to broil. - Cut the french rolls you have horizontally in half. - Broil the cut sides up for about 1 minute or until golden brown. - Then sprinkle each roll with 2 tablespoons of beans & then sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cheese over top. - Then broil these tops 2 - 3 inches from heat for 2 minutes or only until cheese has melted. Serve & ENJOY! xx
