is mylot really a source of income??

I would like to know whether MYLOT really pays back for the services it takes from the users?? OR is this just another fake publicity method to promote the website

i am also join the mylot but till i not received anything from mylot but my account show that i earn 0.91 $ till this date. and minimum 10 $ must be earn for payment. so i wait till i earn 10 $.

mylot is just an open community here, and members by involviong in discussions could get certain rewards in money.
many ppl are getting paid, everything is for real here.
