i used to smoke 20 sticks a day way back highschool i was 18 then. when i graduated college i felt something wrong i cant move a lot. i always feel tired. so decided to stop, i never go to a physician, i tried treating my self by loving my self. what i did was i reduced it to 10 sticks a day. after few months 5 sticks in less than a year i reach a record low 2 sticks a day. its just a matter of mind. you smoke because you want to. you many smokers want that image of smoking. smoking doesnt do any good. its just good in your image. i just stop smoking last year until now.. i felt the difference, now i can play basketball and run again just like before. always remeber smoking kills =)

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.
