I have been challenged to find this old book.Help Me.

This book is very old and it is called The Aftermath of Slavery. I think it was written by Leon F. Litwack. A friend of mine found this book in a old house and it is very fragile he wont even let me touch it. He said that its a book nobody wants us to have. I want to prove him wrong. So I thought I would post this question while I surf the internet for it. Any suggestion?

Why does your friend think it's a book that people don't want us to have? It wasn't very difficult to find. I think you'll easily prove your friend wrong on this one.
