Work in company

employee benefits may differ from one company to another. where i work, we are given clothing allowances, rice allowances, performance bonuses, and the 13th month pay, plus, of course our sick and vacation leave credits. other companies are more generous, especially during christmas.

you are talking about which company? there are lot of companies who treat employees as an integral part of their business and hence give them great importance and care like their customers. some provide all the necessary and more than necesary benefits to them just to poach the best people from their rivals. and there are hell lot of other companies which care a damn about their employees and hardly give any benefit to them...may be they are not cash-rich or the supply of staff is way beyond their demand.

It's depend upon companies rules and regulations.
