can u tell me the tips to have a good sleep in the night!!!

Now a days i don't have a good sleep in the night..i just worried about the worst thing happend to me and i did'nt have a sleep.please help me to have a good sleep..

It helps to keep a journal of the day's events. Most of the time we don't sleep well because we have things on our mind that have to be dealt with. Try setting abedtime schedule and go to bed at the same time wach night. That way your mind will get trained for rest and your metabolism will slow when it its your regular bedtime. Another thing you might try is cutting back on coffee. Cutting back to one cup a day helps alot.

You need to learn how to manage your stress. Stress is getting int he way of your mind letting go so you can shut down and relax. You might want to try yoga, and or meditation. If you can calm and clear your mind of the debris, let go of that which is holding you back from sleep, you'll find quality sleep right around the corner.
