getting some one to like you

I have this friend named Joe that likes this girl name Michelle. Michelle is having this guy named Bob come down to vist her from out of state. Joe knows that bob likes her but he isn't sure if she likes Bob. He wants her to get her mind off of Bob & to like him. What should she do about this..? Any ideas

I think the question should be "What would Joe do about this?" Michelle doesn't know that Joe likes her, right?

Joe should get up off his tuckus and tell Michelle how he really feels about her before Bob takes over!!

I really think it's up to Michelle. You can't just tell someone to ignore their feelings and to like you, it doesn't work that way. If she likes Bob then she likes him, if not then she'll like someone else, if she happens to like Joe then it's Joe's lucky day I guess.
If she likes them both then she can try to find out their opinion about her and important things in her life. She wouldn't want to be involved with someone who doesn't think alike or at least understand her.
