Is 50 Cent really going to jail for making 2 rival gangs go at each other? How is this so?

judas priest didn't go to jail for that song that make a kid kill himself so I don't see 50 cent going to jail for this new rap unless he keeps pushing buttons. He need to grow up and be a rolemodel and maybe bring a peaceful resolution to the situation instead of taking sides and stirring stuff up.
