My new favorite easy snack/meal

I'm a vegetarian and gluten-intolerant, so I might not seem like the ideal candidate for using a George Foreman grill, but I use it all the time. Here's my new favorite. Start with one of the gluten-free Gardenburgers. I've been using the Flame-Grilled, but the Black Bean Chipotle is also listed as GF. The Foreman grill perfectly holds 2 patties, and it takes them from frozen to cooked through and browned/grilled in just a few minutes. Take off the patties, slap on a corn tortilla. Put half a patty onto the tortilla, layer on some grated cheese (I've been using Sargento 4-Cheese Mexican blend), fold over the tortilla, and close the grill. I'm hooked.
