What's your favortie current comic?

Right now I am LOVING "The Walking Dead". It's about what would happen if there was a zombie invasion. Rather than focusing on zombies, it focuses on how people react, band together and try to survive. It's really character driven and pretty brutal (not for the faint of heart), but I find I can't put it down. I am reading it in trade paperback right now, but I am just about caught up with the most current issues. Is there anything that's running now that you are loving?

To be honest, I've been pretty disillusioned with comic books in the past few years. I haven't really seen anything to strike my fancy or capture my interest again. But this sounds great. I love the zombie genre. I'm goning to have to check this out!

I'm totally going to check that out. As soon as I'm done reading my latest book, Children's Hospital (armaggedon type religiousy bizarro book), I'm gonna head back in the comic direction. Maybe I can get excited about comic books again. Not too excited, it can become a pricey habit if you get addicted. ;)
