do you now that is worse driving and talking in the phone that drunk diving

in the mythbusters episode, they did 3 test dive. 1- sober (full alert in the street) 2- talking on the phone 3- a volume of 0.5% of alcohol. when driving and talkig on the phone, you don't have your five sences active. and you defenetly don't pass a driving test. al thoug when drunk, they didin't make that much of mistake. what do you think?
