i think its not a religion but people who is admiring him during his time think of him as God although no miracles have been seen or made by him...

no that is NOT true....Buddha is NOT seen as a god of any kind..he was a man who gave up everything (he was a prince a very sheltered one at that) and ultimately learned how to attain enlightenment....He was a teacher, an inspiration, a philosopher etc etc but he was never seen as a god of any sort and still isnt

I would say that all religions are a spiritual philosophy so it is possible to be both, Buddhism may seem more a philosophy because it is centred around the "self" or individual rather than the "collected" congregation.
