Success is not permanent,
Failure is not final,
so never stop working after success
and never stop trying after failure.

ehm it's a pair dude, you will never know what is mean by success if you never feel the pain of failure, and so with the opposite, you never know the fail if you never feel the sweet of success. So i think every people will feel the both of them. it's just matter of when.
