I have a lot of things to be thankful for. First, I want to thank my parents for everything. They're the reason why I'm still in school, sober, drug-free, and baby-less. I want to thank my friends. I want to thank everyone around me. My enemies, the people I loathe. Everyone.

I'm thankful I have my daughters; I am thankful for my parents; I am glad none of my daughters made me a grandma or my folks great grands; They are the eldest. I am glad for a place over my head, that I have the ability to do what I need to do each day and the ability to make it better. thanks for this because I don't do this daily.

You are very lucky to understand the concept of gratitude. Being thankful for so many things just attracts such good Karma to you. I am thankful for my beautiful children, my husband, my home, my family including my mom who is still alive and disease free and my close friends. The fact that you are willing to thank those who have hurt you means you have a very forgiving heart and that's a gift.
