Yes, Certainly E-mail can help us communicate better. There have some words that hard to say to others presently. but E-mail can resolve this easily. Sometimes I feel unacquainly with others surround me more and more ,so I became isolating .But the E-mail and some chatting tools can help me to resolve these troubles. So the internet is great!
