what do you do when the team-work is not work!!!

I'm a distributor in one of Network Marketing, now some of my downline (this downline grow by the nature of this business so in this group there is no one is my direct sponsor) have a bad attitude with my upline (also their upline too) I really trust my upline and I'm in the middle and know what is going on, so I arrange a meeting that every once who involve in this situation can talk open and freely, but after that it came back to hurt and against myself, so I hardly thinking right now to move down and create my own new organization to prof to this group and to myself that I can build a good organization by myself. If this happen to you, what're you gonna do?
