Grounding your kid

Do you ground your kid/kids or do you use other form of punishment when they do something wrong?

It usually depends on what they have done wrong. If it's something really bad then we usually ground them as well as take away the cell phones and give them extra chores around the house. If it's something that's not so bad then we usually have a discussion with them and ask them why they think they did what they did as well as what they could have done differently in the situation.
