I'm sure this question has been asked befoe, but as usual my impatience prevails. What's the deal with the different colored stars? I have a white star, with a number 7 in it. I've just broken 100 posts. I saw another person who also had the same amount of posts as me, and they had a red star, or maybe it was orange. Actually, I'm just more curious than anything else. When I got my white star, I felt kind of proud..but I may be foolish in thinking so. Can anyone help me solve this great mystery? Thanks ahead of time.

it all depends on how people rate you it could be a perfect 10 and then drop. i use to be a 7 it got dropped to a 4 now im back to a 6 and you can see how many posts i have it just varys. if you post quality post that people like then you'll keep going up but if you run into people that enter your topics and they dont like it or what you have to say trust me it will go down

ok, I understand the number system, how we are at the mercy of myLot folks, but I don't understand the color...why two "100 plus" posters would have two different colored stars. I have a white one right now, this other person had a red one. Do the colors of the stars mean anything? Thanks for your response, by the way. I appreciate that.

no problem your welcome im not quite sure what the colors mean except maybe its just that 1 got better ratings then the other. sorry i couldn't be of more help
