how can i lose weight

I would really like to know the various ways of loosing weights and getting proper body shape.Plz let me know the various kind of exercises too.

The best way to lose weight for me. Is to use low fat or non fat foods. I eat lot of fruits and vegetables.Exercise is the other key. I go for walks. Usually I take an hour walk sometimes, I find hills to climb that way I'm burning calories.

I would not be able to decribe all the exercises you can do to lose weight, but I can give you a few ideas to help you out. Anything that increases your heart rate. Walking, aerobics, weight training. The best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat, make sure it is nutricious and healthy. Try to stay away from "white" foods. (potatoes, rice, bread) Eat more small meals throughout the day instead of 2-3 bigger meals, I would say, eat 6-8 times a day. This increases your matabolism and that helps you lose weight. It will also give you more energy. With more energy, you will be more active and you will lose the weight. I have heard many people tell me how much weight they lost by walking. It is low impact, easy to do, and can be enjoyable if you walk with a friend. Many people workout and exercise, and end up gaining weight, because muscle is heavier than fat. As for body shape, working out with weights is the best thing. Lighter weights with more repetitions. Everyone is built differently and some people will never achieve an hourglass figure. You must take a look at how your bone structure is and where your weight is, are you top heavy or do you naturally have wide hips? If your shoulders are narrow, and your hips are wider, you will be shaped like a pear. (you have heard of different figures- pear shaped, triangle shaped, hour glass) Good luck on your weight loss, but more importantly, good luck on your improved health.

Well there're many ways, go for a walk, a run or a swim. Sign up for spinning classes, start dancing if that's what you like. But most important of all. Change the way you eat. Don't get too many calories or sugar and all the stuff that you deep down know is bad for you.
