What foods are u taking each time you go before bed? Probably most answers will be of course, a supper. But for me, as i noticed that fats starts to become more and more evident around my belly if i continually eat my supper with a main course, i had changed and newly started my eating habit by eating with an oatmeal. Oatmeals promises of its health-giving benifits to all consumers due to the insoluble fibers that has in it. It has been found that oatmeal eaters are less likely to have heart disease as the insoluble fibers absorbs the unnecessary fatty acids that dwells within our viens that causes rise to blood pressure while maintaining the balance of body fats requirements. Unnecessary fats are then discharges to our bodies by waste together with the fibers. That's how oatmeal works to maintain body fats. How about you? Do you have some tips or suggestions or an eating habit? if have, then feel free to share, would love to hear from your opinions.

My husband and I both love oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon. We usually eat supper early and then later, before bed, we'll have cereal, oatmeal, or fruit.

I normally have dinner around 8pm. As such I don't normally eat supper unless i stay up late for the night. But if i do get hungry just before i go to bed, i normally would take a mug of instant cereal that contains spirulina. The warm drinks really feels nice in the tummy and then i whisk myself off to bed immediately. I'm not sure what kind of nutrients that has but it is the fastest to prepare and easily digestible. Oh oatmeal is good to help bring down the cholesterol level as well. I try to eat that for breakfast if i have the time to prepare it.

oh! that's nice habit too. That would generally helps breaks down cholesterol level. Cereals are also good alternatives to reduce carbo intake than regularly taking other heavily loaded carbo content foods. And besides, at an instant, it can be readily eaten.
