Always In A Rush!

Do you ever stop yourself and say SELF why am I in such a hurry? I caught myself doing this yesterday, I was flying down the road in my car and I was in a hurry for no reason, why do you think that is! Have you done this too!!

Sometimes I do feel that I rush so much between doing one thing and another that I don't take time to appreciate things while they are happening. I feel sometimes I miss out on the here and now as I'm rushing on to the future so fast.
