Advertising on a whole new level

There are many ways to advertise a product, whether it be material or not. In this modern age, the possibilities are limitless to spread word of your product. I believe the #1 factor to advertising or promoting a product depends on how much money someone (or a company) is willing to shell out initially to pay their employees. The means justify the ends, and the means are limitless in this in this sense. With this technology being the way it is, what are the opinions of others? Here are 10 ways i could think of off the top of my head to spread advertising. Which do you think will die out as time progresses and technology advances? What's the most realistic approach to advertising? Can you broaden any of these categories to discuss about, or are you all hiding some secret method of promoting a product that people haven't come across yet? ;) the boards open for discussion
