i am more from the country and with my hubby being army i am now city and hate it alot. i like being so close to everything but there is so much trouble here and it makes me nerves everyday there is at least one shotting or some one getting beat to death or a drive by something everyday if not 3 or 4 times a day there was a thing on the news the other day saying that there is over 103 different gangs here but i am supposed to feel good about going out of my house and sending my 6 yr old to school.the school is ok as far as safe but it is alot different then were we r from the tethers just don't seem to really care and i don't feel he is learning like he should be. anyway were do you live city or country and what do you like best if you have lived in both?

I currently live in the city. I lived in the country from the age of 11-18. Life is so carefree without the daily troubles of the city. I would love to live in the country if I didn't have to drive so far to work. But right now, living only 7 miles from work especially with the price of gas, I guess I will remain in the city.

i have thought about that. when we get back home and away from the city my hubby will have to drive at least two towns away just to work. the town we are from is a small small town and there is nothing there but little stores and gas stations. i just know that the city is no place i want to keep my kids.
