Autism rates in the United states

Autism rates are going up very fast in the United States. I was just reading that are at least 560,000 children classified as autistic in the United States, with over 17 percent of US children being developmentally delayed in some manner (autism, aspergers, ADD, AHHD, language delayed, speech delayed, etc.) Most of these children have a higher than normal intelligence level but have a lot of problems caused by the mercury preservative in the vaccines. In places in the world where there are no vaccines there is no autism (as well as a lot of these other problems.) When you give your child a vaccine you are playing Russian Roulette with your child's future. I ask you. Is it worth while for a parent to give his or her child a vaccine and possibly ruin their child's life?

Yes...you must have done a lot more research on the subject of mercury and Autism. I appreciate the fact that you posted this as you know that I already feel that my son, CJ contracted the Autism from his immunizations. I pray that someday soon more will be done for the families that have had to go through this.

It is really sad that autism rates are going up not only in the United States also in India, nobody knows the real cause, some children vaccinated by the same vaccines they escape so our children will have something susceptable so that get affected anyway what can we say it is abad fate that our children are affected my son also was quite bad after MMR shot, but nobdoy knows the real cause of autism, hope they find a cure soon, God should grant them the wisdom to find a cure soon, it is a real terrible thing to have autism.

i know mwhere you are coming from..i didn't know when i gave my son his vaccines but thank God he is o.k but yes the mmr has caused alot of trouble..i didn't do the pre school booster one..but with the pollution and all the processed food..that doesn't help either and the mercury fillings in our teeth...it is awful we are trying to eradicate one illness but in the end we are creating 100 new ones..

Wow, I hadn't heard this about vaccines, I do have 1 ADHD son (15) but had no idea where it may have come from. I will need to check into this further.

I'm not sure that I really understand your point. Firstly, are you saying that autism is in fact largely the result of vaccinning children --- (eg. has the polio vaccine been a cause of autism, whilst in fact helping to end polio?) And what exactly classes as an "Austistic child --- adult?" Being slow to learn! I don't think a slow learner or someone who finds it hard to express him/herself can be classed as Autistic and to be honest I have great trouble with the ADD stuff that everyone keeps alluding too.
