I had a leadership training. A good leader must also be a good speaker. I love to make speeches even in a very ordinay occassion. I do not know some audience may not like my speech. I dare speak only in little crowd. I like to put my ideas before a meeting. My speech are most often unprepared and spontaneous. Sometimes I received applause. Other times I am misunderstood. But I never gave up my desire to be a speaker. Most often it is about spiritual things and relationship.

The public lecture is a basic ability of the leader.We must studies art of lecture.Someday,if you become a leader,this is very useful.

Yup, you must know how to express yourself if you want to become a good leader. A good leader knows how to motivate and inspire his people.

Nice to hear you are a good speaker. When I was still a youth leader wayback in my hi school year, I also take my speech in front of many people. I feel nervous at first but I still manage to relax after speaking it in audience many times.
