Losing weight after pregancy

Hi there all moms, I just want to know how you lose those weight you've gain during your pregnancy. I gave birth 6 months ago to my 3rd child and I wanted to lose those weights. I've been dieting and skipping meals but I didnt get the results I've wanted. Also how do you get your abs firmer. I have this bulge in my abs and I wanted to get rid of it. Any idea plsssssssss.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and each time I have lost all the weight I gained and gone back to my size. I just had a determination to lose the weight no matter what! I wanted to show my friends who were scared to have babies that you don't have to lose your figure when you have a child. I am not worried this time knowing I've overcome the weight before. Excersice!! Jogging and crunches works great! Also eating healthy and fighting those junk food cravings. I mostly ate steamed chicken, rice, and vegetables. I liked to drink the slimfast shakes they tied me over and snacked on only healthy snacks in between that were all natural or lowfat! I stuck to it until I was happy with my weight that is what worked for me.

thank you, I have craving for junk foods... maybe i should elimenate it now huh?
