I am a CNA/Phlebotomist and I worked hard to make my way thru college busting my butt and paying all that money to only be making $7.50 an hour ad a damn nursing home. Cant they pay us per our education level? It sucks that a person working at walmart makes more than someone with more education or more credentials under their belt. I am not saying people at walmart dont work hard but its not necessiarly fair.

I'm a degree holder. Now i've been working in education field and got paid around $500.00 per month. What do you think about it as a degree holder got paid with that. For some reason, i appreciate that i really work hard for my degree puposedly hunt for good salary. But i do think it still less than it supposedly. So what do you think princess?

i mean if u have a degree the salary should u should have should be reflective of it not get paid less, un less u are in a field that is typically paid in a different range (walmart, mcdonalds etc.) I heard that people with higher education are typically higher paid people. we didnt work hard for our degree to be paid the salary of a enager. most of us our out on our own trying to make it in the world and most if not all of us can live on $500 a month.

I don't see how it's fair for people that are more educated, and more qualifed for a job are paid less. I don't think it's right because those people went through school and took the time to further and better themselves and what do they have to show for it? Tons of loans and job that doesn't pay as much as it should.
