Girls how do u select u'r hubby?

In most cases it has been seen that girls do date men of their age. But in terms of marriage, they prefer to go for men who are a bit older than them ( not all the girls ). Why this is so? Why it is not generally seen a younger boy marrying an elder lady? Any answer from the girls?

I have interacted with many prospective brides who are of the opinion that Hunks are good for a date and a perfect hubby should be caring,a little feminine,etc.,need be a hunk.
Some told me, they would surely love dating Salman or John, but marry Madahavan or Abhishek.
