the problem is that i didn't understand how it works? how much i earn when i start a new discussion and when i only post a comment? and please tell me what is referral? thank u!

You earn by posting and adding responses.
The more meaningful you do these the more you'll earn. as for referal this is how many people you refer to site, example say i sent you a e-mail and you joined using my referal url that would give me 1 referal for this site.
It's a good source you can earn 25% of what they post on top of your own. look for detailed on articles regarding earning they will help you.
