I want to quit smoking....

I have tried lots of methods but none of them work. Can you suggest me a new method please? Thank you.

The best thing I can suggest for it is to make it inconvienient for yourself to smoke. Make smoking only outside. Keep yourself busy so you don't have time to go out and smoke. That way you can cut back easier. Cutting back helps when you are trying to quit.

i was smoker for about 15 years but for last three months i tried hard to quit smoking successfully and in another 3-4 months i hope to get rid of this bad addiction. some points which can be trid individualy 1.i took help of a particular chewing gum named "nulife" containing little part of nicotin so when ever you develop need of smoking take this chewing gum ,it will diminish the need for smoking.this is really effective but should be taken,with physician's advice. 2. try to keep yourself engaged in some activities where you can forget smoking. 3.avoide lonelyness,because when you are alone temptation of smoking comes first. 4.minimise intake of tea and coffe. 5.avoide as much possible to be away from smokers. 6.keep yourself busy with some other intrests. these precautions will definetly improve any ones will power to get rid of smoking.once you come out of temptation of smoking these precautions can be relaxed.hope this will help some of my friends to come out of smoking trap.

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.
