what to do when a couple you are with starts arguing?

What do you do when you are at someone's house and the couple starts arguing? How about if you are at their house?
What about if you are out in public with the arguing couple?

If I am at their house and they start arguing I would get up and tell them I will visit another time and just leave. This will show them how rude they were and possibly they won't do it again. If they argue outside, I would tell them I am leaving and just go.
