I buy cloth diapers at wholesale.....I'm a retailer for a lot of companies. Last week I bought $125 worth of cloth diapers to re-sell....I've conveniently "had to have" all but about $25 worth of the product. How did I get so doggon addicted to these things??????

Oh my! $125 worth in one week? If that were me, my husband would probably want to disown me! lol.... I think that they're so addicting BECAUSE they are so darn cute nowadays!! I LOVE all my cloth diapers that I have had. My dd ended up getting a severe reaction to the materials used in most all [AIO's & pockets] that I gave up on her. Besides the fact that I was spending too much money on cute covers and whatnot. I had convinced my hubby that it would save us money and it ended up being more of a hardship financially on us. Now with my son...he doesn't need all the cute stuff, so it's not as bad. But my goodness...I wish you well in re-selling! They sure are addicting, arent' they?!?

it's very easy believe me.lol I have been advocating cloth diapers and plastic pants for 30 some odd years,I am a locksmith and reward parents that use cloth with a free key cut and other discounts for environmental reasons, and as I used to give some to mom's that showed they may be interested,I ended up colecting quite a few. I have finally almost out of the diapers, but I find it very difficult to give away the pants now,and have a great many old fashioned ones. I think I would go back to making the diapers when I need them instead of buying them now.

I tried that..making my own. It was pitiful and I gave up.

I think cloth diapers have their pluses. I havent had to use diapers in years so am not familar with the NEW ones. I hear you can buy velcro for them now. They are washable so they save on the environment. That is the biggest plus. I would probably use cloth diapers if my kids were babies today. I used to love to hang them on the line and let them sun dry. They smelled so fresh and clean that way.

Yes there's tons of different types these days! Personally I'm getting to where I prefer just a prefold, snappi, and a cover.
