I have fibromyalga and I tried Cymbalta. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. Ask your pharmacist about side effects.

Yeah, it didn't work for my fibromyalgia problems either, but I've heard it has been effective in some cases. Just not mine. : )

I was on Cymbalta for about a year. The only side effect I had was dry mouth, and so many medications cause that, so how could I be picky? It is NOT addictive. If anyone tells you it is, then question their knowledge, please. The postive things about it is that it is not only a anti-depressant, but it also treats pain caused by our nerve endings. It is also helpful for fibromyalgia in some cases. The negative is that it taste bad, so you might try taking it with juice. I no longer take Cymbalta, but it an effective treatment for many medical maladies.
