is a guilty always guilty?????

wht do u thk abt a person who make a mistake and after making that mistake feels guilty but this soceity didn't want to forgive,so the person left with no other choice but to adopt that profession of making mistakes.Do u think we should give a chance to that person???

If it is a ciminal mistake and he has paid for them (jail or probation) yes he gets a chance not to make them again if he does then he made a choice to keep making more mistakes.

Well, guilty ISN'T always guilty. We all know that some justice systems are just tainted. An innocent guy can be tried guilty because of the opposition's influence or money. Sad truth. Justice isn't always justifiable. =/

I am a firm believer in second chance but it also depends on what the crime was . If it was the case of someone killing someone , then I don't feel that we should just accept that the person feels bad for what he or she did but if it is the case of someone saying something that may have offended me in some way then I feel they deserve the change to explain why they did what they did and then I always am quick to give another chance .

i appreciate u but if that person bear the punishment and after that he want to start a new normal life then do u forgive him/her,thanks for ur response.
