I have the habit of doing exercise. My purpose of doing sport is clear, that is to keep my health. In the past, I'd like to make some fierce sports, such as baseball, baketsball and so on. After finishing these sports, I feel excessive tired, even influence my work in another day. What is worse, I found that these sports can not improve my health condition notably and sometimes I suffer injured. A year ago, I began to take the walking as my usual sport instead of sports mentioned above. Now, I find I can keep my well health condition without any tired and injury. Choose a scintific sport to keep your health!

There's no need to run. Just going for a brisk walk — in the park, around the block or on a treadmill — may be enough to help keep your heart healthy, a small study suggests. The study, which indicates roughly two to three hours of mild exercise a week at a moderate intensity can significantly cut the risk of cardiovascular disease, supports earlier research. Walking is a simple and effective way to lose weight, keep in shape and maintain good health. Walking can be done with family, friends or by yourself. It can be done by most people. You don’t need any special equipment apart from appropriate clothing and a pair of comfortable shoes. You can walk in most places both outside and inside. Many malls have walking programs that allow walkers to come in on off-hours and use the mall layout as an indoor track. Walking at a brisk but comfortable pace for 20 to 30 minutes, three times a week increases the oxygen intake to the blood and strengthens your heart. It improves the circulation and lowers blood pressure. It helps you to lose or maintain your weight as a brisk walk burns up to 100 calories per mile – more if you are very overweight. Walking helps your body to regulate blood sugar, and cholesterol levels. Walking slows down the growth of arthritis and degenerative joint diseases. It helps build bone structure so reduces the likelihood of osteoporosis developing.

I walk in the morning and in the evening to keep my health. Each time is 30 minutes. I think it is good sport to engage!

It is nice that walking did help you. How much exactly do you walk every day. Do you walk fast or normal speed. In my discussion I have asked a question about walking,if you know something about it , do please respond. Thanks.
